Stretch marks and scars are completely common, but many people would like them to be less noticeable. Inkless tattooing is one way we can work with them without adding any pigment to the skin.
What it is
Inkless tattooing is a technique that uses no ink or pigment. Working with a tattoo machine stimulates the skin and its natural repair processes, gradually improving the colour and texture of the treated area.
The treatment is carried out by Blaga, who works calmly and precisely and keeps an eye on how your skin responds throughout.
When it is chosen
The inkless technique is most often chosen when you want:
- a more even colour and texture of stretch marks;
- less noticeable scars;
- no pigment added to the skin.
It is important that stretch marks and scars are fully healed before the procedure is carried out. We do not work on red, still-active stretch marks, as an inflammatory process is taking place during that period. We wait for the area to calm down, heal and for the stretch marks to turn white. Only then can we judge whether inkless tattooing is suitable.
Every skin is different, so the result is individual and depends on the type and age of the stretch mark or scar, the condition of your skin and the number of sessions. We don’t promise a specific result, but we will always tell you what you can realistically expect.
What your visit looks like
- Consultation. We look at the area, discuss your goals and anything we need to know, including health considerations and any medication you take. This is also when we talk through how many sessions are usually needed.
- Inkless tattooing. We work carefully and with a gentle hand so that you are comfortable throughout.
- Aftercare. We explain how to look after your skin over the following days.
